Parents are required to complete an online profile and agree to a waiver for players under the age of 18. This will be done via the online registration system (MindbodyOnline). One waiver per participant will apply for the entire program.
Upon arrival, please wait until 5 minutes before your scheduled time and enter through the front doors, at which time they will proceed to their designated training area and group/cohort of players.
On entering the facility, staff and players will sanitize their hands using the sanitation stations provided, following the posted guidelines.
Players and coaches will maintain six feet of distance whenever possible.
Bathrooms will be available. Please follow sanitizing procedures upon completion.
Players are required to bring all their own water and not to share it with others. Water will be available to refill water bottles with the kitchen sink tap or to purchase from the vending machines.
Players are asked not to share food items, baseball equipment, or apparel.
Prior to entering each discreet area of the facility (pitching, batting cages, etc.), users are asked to sanitize their hands using the onsite stations.
Coaches must sanitize their hands regularly and after each session either through vigorous hand washing (20 seconds, with careful attention to between the fingers) or using an alcohol-based gel 60% or greater.
Coaches masks should be a surgical grade (or modified to achieve surgical grade through, for example, insertion of a blue shock paper into a cloth mask). For maximum effectiveness, coaches are reminded to pinch the metal piece around the nose and avoid touching the central breathing area.
We strongly suggest wear masks at all times, including while participating in baseball and fitness activities.
Players and coaches are reminded not to touch their faces and to wash/sanitize hands as often as possible. They are required to wash/sanitize hands prior to each session or whenever entering a new area of the facility.
Any common touch areas (e.g. starting button for the batting machine) will be wiped down with disinfectant between each session.
At the end of every day, staff will actively disinfect all common areas paying attention to frequently touched knobs, handles, gear, and equipment.
All staff and visitors must alert the facility and stay home if they develop any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Staff must quarantine and undergo testing prior to returning to work.
Whenever feasible, all doors and windows to the facility will remain open to promote airflow. Fans will be on and pointed out.
