Front Desk & Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Manage customer registrations, bookings, appointments, and scheduling.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Provide information about programs, services, schedules, and facility offerings.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk and reception area.
• Support daily operations and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with customer concerns and resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling systems, and payment processing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and enthusiastic.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or a similar role is an asset.

Schedule and Availability

Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
